It describes independent website-development and paid-search services. This page provides general website and service information; project-specific terms are agreed separately in writing.
Inquiries and agreements
Sending an email does not book work, create a service contract or authorize a payment. A project begins only after the parties accept a written scope and the applicable commercial terms.
The project agreement should state deliverables, exclusions, fees, payment arrangements, responsibilities, review stages, timing, changes, cancellation and ongoing support where relevant.
Services and third-party costs
Services may include website development, landing pages, analytics implementation, conversion tracking, Google Ads management and Microsoft Advertising management.
Advertising spend, hosting, domains, licenses and other third-party subscriptions are separate unless the written agreement says otherwise. The client remains responsible for the accuracy and authorization of supplied content and business claims.
Advertising platforms and outcomes
The specialist is independent. References to Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising identify the platforms for which services are offered; they do not imply official affiliation or an unverified partner status.
Advertising approval, impressions, clicks, leads, revenue and return on spend are not guaranteed. Platform decisions are made by the respective platform. Market conditions, competition, budgets, the offer and other factors affect outcomes.
Services do not include policy circumvention, identity misrepresentation, account rental or prohibited traffic manipulation.
Access and cooperation
Where access to accounts or systems is needed, appropriate user permissions should be used rather than shared passwords. The project scope should identify account owners and their responsibilities.
Changes to content, access or approvals can affect delivery. Material scope changes should be agreed before additional work proceeds.
Intellectual property
Ownership of commissioned deliverables, delivery of source files, permission to show work and any transfer conditions are specified in the project agreement. Third-party fonts, media, tools and software remain subject to their own licenses.
Client work should be published in the portfolio only with appropriate authorization. Platform names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Website use and limitations
Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the site or send information you lack permission to share.
Website content is general service information, not a promise that every described deliverable is included in every project. Nothing on this page is intended to exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Any project-specific warranties, liability arrangements, termination provisions and dispute process require a reviewed agreement appropriate to the actual jurisdiction and work.
Privacy and changes

These general terms may be updated as services and site functionality change. Changes to an existing project agreement require the process specified in that agreement.
